It governs the entire process for assessment and treatment services provided to adults and children with ADHD and/or ASD. The policy outlines the procedures for Appointment booking and enrollment, sets the guidelines and requirements for Rescheduling and Cancellation of existing appointments, including applicable fees based on the timing of the change request. It defines what constitutes Appointment Non-attendance (DNA) and specifies the resulting consequences for the patient's care.
